Flip this house...

Thinking of buying a house with my parents in Castleridge, it's a bank repo or something and the crazy lady who lived there (shown left) really let the place slip. The idea is to fix it up and sell it for a wack of cash (or if we're lucky a boat load of cash). I know I emailed a few pics to some of the faithful readers, here are a few more. Trust me the pictures do not capture the smell; a pleasant mixture of cat piss, mold, and an underfunded nursing home. (note the mask on B.Sherm in picture 3)

    Dear God! Unless you plan on flattening that house and putting up and oil well on the property I can't imagine you making money.
